Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the myStack Customer Agreement and applies to all use of the myStack platform and related services.
Prohibited Use
Customer shall not use the Services for:
- Illegal activities
- Malware distribution
- Spam transmission
- Botnet operations
- Unauthorized penetration testing
- Cryptocurrency mining unless expressly permitted
- Denial-of-service attacks
- Hosting unlawful content
- Violations of export control laws
- Violations of sanctions regulations
Enforcement
The Provider may suspend Services immediately if continued operation presents legal, security, or operational risks.
